What is RE-SensyRoc™?
RE-SensyRoc™ is a solution offered to precasters that enables them to wirelessly monitor the health of their concrete molds in real time.

SensyRoc™ Mobile App
Wirelessly collect concrete data using SensyRoc's free iOS or Android app. Also instantly share concrete data reports with anyone on your team.

The RE-SENSYROC™ Platform
RE-SensyRoc™
RE-SensyRoc™ is a rugged mobile-based wireless sensor that provides live monitoring and data about the quality of your concrete projects. It measures:
- In-Place Temperature
- Electrical Resistivity
- Concrete Compressive Strength
- Concrete Quality
- Concrete Setting Time
RE-SensyRoc™ Sensor
The reusable SensyRoc™ RU sensor comes with a 12″ probe that can be detached from the reusable transmitter. After the first use, users are only required to purchase sensor probes.
RE-SensyRoc™ Probe
The RE-SensyRoc™ probe is a replacement probe for the reusable sensors that can be custom-made to the desired length of the customer. This is the component that is submerged in the cement that measures the data.

HARVEY Builders Case Study
Reliable & Accurate Strength Predictions helped expedite construction process
During the construction of a 17-story building located near Katy Fwy in Houston, Texas. HARVEY was counting on Material Lab Testing for reliable concrete strength data after every concrete mass-pour. It was extremely important for them to obtain reliable and accurate data to plan accordingly before performing post-tensioning on the structure. However, delays on break test results caused slowdowns in the construction process because post-tensioning could not have been performed without those lab test results.

FAQs
How deep should the sensor be installed?
The sensor transmitter must be installed no more than 3 inches (7.62 cm) from the concrete surface. This is to enable strong wireless signal strength for continued connectivity to the sensor.
Does SensyRoc come with longer probe cables?
Yes. Please ask one of our sales representatives to provide you with these options.
What range of wireless connection should I expect with the sensor?
When the sensor is installed inside concrete as recommended, it can transmit up to 49 ft (15 m). When the square transmitter is exposed (outside of the concrete), the range of the wireless signal can be up to 100 ft (30 m).
Can I turn the sensor on and off?
Yes. SensyRoc can be turned off to preserve battery and memory until the start of the pour, this is done by easily slding the on and off swith on the top of the trasmitter box.
What is the battery life of the sensor?
The sensor can take a measurement at whatever time interval you set (every 1 min or every 30 days), allowing it to collect data for 12 months. However, the we recommend taking a measurement every 15 mins which allows the battery life to extend to 6 months. This enables the user to retrieve the data for a long period of time.
Up to what depth can I measure concrete’s temperature and strength?
You can measure at whatever depth you need it. Contact our team if you are not sure if the application fits with our products and we can guide you in the right direction.
Can anyone download the SensyRoc iOS or Andriod app?
Yes, if you have a smart phone or tablet you are able to download the SensyRoc app. However, you will need a username and password to access the app. Please reachout to our customer support team if you need help with access to the app.
